Description: The objectives of the early market consultation are included below. The early market consultation aims to:

• Present the challenges, strategic objectives, scope, and technical characteristics of the RN13 project;

• Present the approaches considered for procurement, the applicable regulatory framework (World Bank and EIB Procurement Regulations), and expectations regarding competitiveness, transparency, and efficiency;

• Assess market interest in and capacity for this type of road infrastructure project;

• Gather information on previous experiences with similar projects, particularly regarding the management of interfaces between companies, consortia, suppliers, technical partners, and consultants, who may be interested in participating in future tenders for the project's implementation;

• Share lessons learned and best practices related to environmental, social, gender-based violence/sexual exploitation and abuse/sexual harassment (GBV/SEA/SH), and safety aspects in the execution of works, especially those carried out under traffic
