Description: Preliminary consultation for the construction of the Kagbelen and Kouria reservoirs, including the associated distribution networks and the Maneah zone.
The objectives of this approach are as follows:
Assess market interest in the proposed project;
Gather feedback on key project requirements, risks and opportunities;
Identify potential private sector partners;
Optimize the structuring of the project before launching a possible request for bids;
Maximize the participation of qualified firms while respecting the principles of transparency, fairness and competition.
The project components are divided into the following packages:
Lot 0: Water intake at the Grandes Chutes dam of 2.8 m3/s and the raw water pipes of the Grandes Chutes-Yessoulou dam over 44 km in DN 1600 mm;
Lot 1 : Yessoulou 4 treatment plant of 200,000 m3/day;
Lot 2 and 3 : Treated water supply (51km DN300-DN1600mm);
Lot 4,5,6,7 and 8 : Storage facilities (63,600 m3) and distribution networks (400 km).
Works for lots 1 to 8 are planned through an International Competitive Bidding (ICB).
This Notice concerns lot 5 "Construction of the Kagbelen and Kouria reservoirs and supply and installation of drinking water distribution networks in the associated service areas and in the Manéah zone ".
