Description: There is an upcoming early market engagement opportunity involving two procurement packages for equipment-serving training, experiments, and scientific research. The procurement packages is under Sub-project 1 - Construction of technical infrastructure and essential facilities for the University of Danang at Hoa Quy-Dien Ngoc.

The procurement packages also include information technology equipment for training and scientific research; smart educational equipment; mechatronics - automation - automatic control technology; life sciences and renewable energy - biology - environment technology. Each package is valued at over US$10 million. According to World Bank regulations, for international tenders valued at over US$10 million, early market access is a mandatory requirement. Effective implementation of this activity will improve the quality of tender documents, the quality of invested equipment, attract capable contractors, and ensure the transparency of the procurement process.
