The EME for contract for Upgrade and improvement of Route 2b of the TEN-T network connecting Sarajevo (BiH) and Podgorica (Montenegro) aims to:
• Receive market feedback on technical feasibility, procurement packaging, and risk allocation
• Explain to the bidders the procurement and contracting process
• Collect feedback on rated criteria and determination of other criteria
• Understand market capacity and interest for large-scale infrastructure works
• Enhance transparency and competition to ensure value-for-money procurement
