A preliminary market consultation session for the Sustainable Cities and Land Project (PVGFD) will be held on December 15, 2025, at the Star Land Hotel in Yaoundé, Cameroon, in a hybrid format (in-person and virtual). The event is organized by the project preparation unit within the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development and funded by the World Bank. Its purpose is to involve market participants — including companies, consulting firms, and suppliers — in a pre-bid briefing before starting the procurement process. The session will provide an overview of the project’s objectives and high-value activities, invite feedback on technical, logistical, environmental, social, and financial risks, and seek to optimize project structuring. Participation in this early engagement does not confer any advantage for future procurement and is not part of a prequalification or tender process; all information shared was treated confidentially and used solely for market analysis and contract planning.
