The Early Market engagement exercise is recognized as a critical step towards the successful delivery of this activity enabling the borrower to refine procurement strategies, identify potential risks and enhance competition through informed market participation. Therefore, The Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA) invites interested solution providers/firms/companies to participate in Early Market Engagement for the aforementioned tender scheduled to take place virtually on 17th November 2025 at 02:00pm local time and expect the feedback on or before 21st November 2025 at 05:00pm local time.
