The “Avtoyulinvest” Agency under the Committee for Roads of the Republic of Uzbekistan (the “Implementing Agency”) is conducting an Early Market Engagement (EME) for Connectivity and Transport Sector Improvement Project, in particular for Procurement Package: Civil Works for Reconstruction of the section km 1525-1622 (97 km) of M41 “Bishkek – Dushanbe – Termez” highway. The event is aimed at: (i) Informing the market about the forthcoming procurement; (ii) Understanding the market’s capacity and level of interest; and (iii) Receiving feedback from potential bidders on the proposed procurement strategy.
