Description: The PASH-MUT is preparing to launch the following works contracts during the last quarter of 2025:

• The construction of a 5,000 m³ water tower and the installation of hydraulic and electromechanical equipment for the Cacavelli pumping station;

• The equipment and construction of treatment units for three boreholes, the construction of five drinking water supply systems, each comprising the equipment of a borehole, the construction of a treatment unit, the construction of a 500 to 1,500 m³ water tower and related works, and the installation of distribution networks, with an average length of approximately 50 km.

The project aims to consult market stakeholders to gather their opinions on the work involved in these upcoming contracts. The objectives of this Notice of Early Market Engagement are as follows:

• To assess market stakeholders' interest in the proposed project;

• Gather feedback on key project requirements, risks, and opportunities;

• Identify potential industry partners.
