The International Center for Strategic Development and Research in the Field of Food and Agriculture under the Ministry of Agriculture (ISCAD), acting as the Implementation Agency organizes the Early Market Engagement (EME) event for "Engineering, Procurement and Construction on Turnkey Basis the Centre of Excellence for Agriculture Research” package. The main objectives of the EME are to: i) assess market capacity, capabilities, and emerging trends; ii) brief potential contractors on the bidding and contracting process; iii) collect feedback on evaluation criteria and identify any additional requirements; iv) develop a strategy for structuring and packaging EPC and turnkey contracts; v) identify the risks, incentives and opportunities  and vi) gather insights on contractors’ experience in implementing similar projects within the Centre of Excellence framework.
