The Secondary Cities Mobility and Urban Development Project (PMDUVS) seeks to engage in dialogue with market stakeholders to gather information and feedback regarding the project for the development and paving works of roads in the city of Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso (covering approximately 12 kilometers and connecting RN 01 to RN 07 and RN 08 South-East Ring Road). This preliminary consultation aims to assess market interest, analyze feasibility, and refine the project design to ensure its success. The objectives of this approach are as follows: Assess the interest of market stakeholders in the proposed project; Gather feedback on the main requirements, risks, and opportunities of the project; Identify potential private sector partners; Optimize the project structure prior to the possible launch of a call for tenders.
