The Livestock Resilience and Competitiveness Project (PRECEL) wishes to engage in dialogue with market stakeholders to gather information and opinions on the project relating to the construction work of the veterinary medicine production unit (UPMV). The purpose of this preliminary consultation is to assess market interest, analyze feasibility and refine the project design to ensure its success.
