This early market engagement conference is directed mainly at construction firms that are potential bidders for the scope of work in the attached invitation. The workshop aims to:

- Acquaint construction firms with the project’s scope of Work and upcoming bidding opportunities, including providing an overview of the scope of work, procurement procedures, procurement procedures, and timeline.

- Gain insight into market capabilities, innovations, and best practices.

- Present strategic procurement directions and options and solicit feedback and concerns, if any.

- Identify potential risks and opportunities for efficiency and sustainability.

- Encourage wide participation and competition in the procurement process.

- Identify the right evaluation criteria and weightings.

- Obtain specific feedback from the Market on the Procurement Strategy for the above packages and identify potential firms' interest in participating in the bidding.
