Feature Team Members

Younes Bigotte is an Analyst with the Centralized Recruitment team of the Business Ready Unit. He joined the team in October 2025. He contributes to the development of the B-READY report across the ten thematic areas of the project. Prior to joining the B-READY team, Younes worked with the Women, Business and the Law project at the World Bank. Before his experience at the World Bank Group, he gained exposure to economic and social inclusion through roles at the French Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the Embassy of France in the United States. He also worked for the Paris City Council, contributed to public sector consulting projects, and participated in a research initiative addressing forced labor in Morocco. Younes holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Public Administration from Sciences Po Paris and a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science from Paris Panthéon-Assas University. He is fluent in English and French and has working knowledge of Spanish.
