Viktoriia Zezerova

Viktoriia Zezerova is an Analyst with the International Trade team of the World Bank’s Business Ready unit. She joined the team in September 2025. She also serves as an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Toronto, where she teaches International Trade and International Monetary Economics. Viktoriia is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at Pennsylvania State University, with research focused on the effects of tariff reforms on market power and consumer welfare. She holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Economics from the Higher School of Economics. She speaks Russian and has conversational knowledge of Spanish and German.
