Feature Team Members

Shitong Liu is an Analyst with the Centralized Recruitment team of the World Bank’s Business Ready unit, which he joined in October 2025. Prior to this role, he served as a consultant with the Japan Social Development Fund Secretariat at the World Bank, supporting project-related analysis and institutional communications. Earlier, he interned with the B-Ready team, contributing to the 2024 and 2025 report as part of the Labor topic team. Shitong holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Georgetown University and a double major in Economics and History from Lafayette College. He is fluent in Chinese and conversant in Spanish.
