Paula Eiben-Działoszyńska

Paula Eiben-Działoszyńska is an Analyst in the Business Ready Unit, working on the Dispute Resolution topic. She joined the World Bank in 2024 as part of the Regulatory Efficiency team, where she has been responsible for data collection and analysis and has assisted in report drafting within the Dispute Resolution topic across Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, and Spain. Prior to joining the World Bank, Paula spent over five years at a leading Polish law firm, working on litigation and corporate transactions. She later gained experience in legal tech in Paris, focusing on work in international arbitration. Paula holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Warsaw and an LL.M. in Transnational Arbitration and Dispute Settlement from Sciences Po, Paris. She has also completed postgraduate studies in Negotiation, Mediation, and other Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods. Paula speaks Polish and English and has intermediate working proficiency in French.
