Feature Team Members

Mariam Zhorzholiani is an analyst with the centralized recruitment team of the Business Ready (B-READY) unit. She joined the team in October 2025 after completing her Edmund S. Muskie Fellowship-sponsored internship with the Subnational B-READY team earlier that summer. In her current role, she supports expert identification and outreach across all Business Ready topic areas for several economies, including Austria, Afghanistan, Kosovo, and Norway. Before joining B-READY, Mariam led more than 20 projects for public, private, and international organizations, focusing on strategic development, organizational change, and digital transformation in Georgia and Eastern Europe. A Fulbright Scholar, she holds an MBA in Information Technology and Business Analytics from Clark University. She speaks Georgian, English, and Russian.
