Feature Team Members

Manisha Panda is an Analyst with the Financial Services topic of the Business Ready Unit. She joined the team in April 2025. She had previously interned with the Legal Rights indicator of the Doing Business project in 2019. Before joining the World Bank, Manisha worked in various in-house legal departments at corporations with a focus on handling syndicated lending and general corporate transactions. She also worked as an associate at a law firm in India with a strong focus on project finance and commercial lending transactions. Manisha holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center and is admitted to practice law in India and New York. She speaks English, Hindi, Odia and Bengali.
