Feature Team Members

Kriti Wattal is an Analyst with the Centralized Recruitment team of the Business Ready Unit. She joined the team in October 2025. Before joining the World Bank, Kriti worked as a Research Fellow in the Department of Economic Affairs (Ministry of Finance, Government of India)-National Institute of Public Finance and Policy Research Programme in India. During this time, she assisted the Government of India on legal and policy aspects of domestic and international finance. She previously worked at a leading law firm in India advising on general corporate and insolvency matters. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center, is admitted to practice law in India, and certified for admission to the New York Bar. She speaks English and Hindi.
