Irina Georgescu is an Analyst with the Business Location topic of the Business Ready (B-READY) Unit. She joined the Policy Indicators Group (DECIG) in September 2023, as part of the Subnational team in Romania and Ireland. She brings 15 years of experience in UX research, project management, and social impact initiatives, having worked across a wide range of organisations – from start-ups to complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Her professional background spans the social impact sector and fintech, combining user-centred research with operational and strategic delivery. Irina speaks Romanian, English, and Spanish.
