Feature Team Members

Fahad Mirza is an Analyst with the Data Analysis Team of the Business Ready Unit. He joined the team in April 2025. Prior to this, he engaged with the World Bank as a consultant, where his work spanned public expenditure analysis in education, welfare imputation, and spatial inequality research across Pakistan. Fahad has a strong background in data visualization and is the developer of Sparkta, an open-source Stata package that generates interactive HTML dashboards. He developed an interactive Scrollyboard showcased at Pakistan's first DataFest 2024 to communicate the World Bank Poverty Team's findings on poverty in Pakistan to policymakers and general audiences. Prior to the World Bank, he served as a Research Associate at the Centre for Economic Research in Pakistan (CERP). He holds an MS in Economics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) in Pakistan.
