Camilo Enriquez Zutta

Camilo Enriquez Zutta is an Analyst with the Utility Services topic of the Business Ready Unit. He joined the team as a Consultant in November 2024, after a brief internship. Prior to joining the World Bank Group, he served as the Head of Finance at the Senate of the Republic of Colombia. Camilo has a strong background in the public sector, with experience in implementing policies to foster economic development and competitiveness, as well as leading projects aimed at improving the lives of vulnerable populations through public services and infrastructure. He has gained substantial experience in public sector roles with organizations in Colombia, such as Findeter, the National Planning Department, and the Victims Unit. He has also worked in Hong Kong in the audit and trade sectors, as well as in Poland in the international development sector. Camilo holds a Master of Social Policy and Development degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science as a Chevening Scholar and is currently pursuing a Master of Policy Management (MPM) at Georgetown University as a McCourt merit-based Scholar. Additionally, he holds bachelor’s degrees in Finance and International Trade, as well as in Business Management, from Universidad del Rosario. Camilo speaks Spanish and is conversant in French.
