Feature Team Members

Aina Ekandjo is an Analyst with the Centralized Recruitment team of the Business Ready unit. She joined the team in September 2024. She honed her skills in partnerships, resource mobilization, and stakeholder engagement through her work at the United Nations World Food Programme, Namibia Country Office in her role as Partnerships Associate. Prior to that, she served as Research Assistant with the International Labour Organization (ILO). Additionally, she interned at the African Development Bank in Côte d'Ivoire, where she supported key projects such as the Electricity Regulatory Index (ERI) for Africa 2020 and the regular update of the Africa Energy Portal. She holds a Master of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Economics , both from the University of Namibia. She speaks English, Oshiwambo  and has basic proficiency in French.
