Tatiana Delizonas is the Executive Director for the Russian Federation, the Syrian Arab Republic and the Republic of Belarus at the World Bank Group since June 2026.
From 2017 to 2023 Ms. Delizonas worked at the Department for International Affairs in the Bank of Russia, with the latest resposibility as Deputy Director and Acting Director (the latter as well for the Department for Cooperation with International Organisations). Prior to that, she held positions in the private sector, including Head of Export Finance Projects at Ferrostaal GmbH (2016–2017) and Lead Advisor in Financing & Structuring at Siemens LLC in Russia (2012-2016), with a short-term financial audit assignment in China (guest auditor). She began her career in corporate banking at Deutsche Bank LLC in Russia (from 2004 to 2010) with a limited experience at the HQ in Germany focusing on an ECA-covered structured finance project.
Ms. Delizonas holds a Law Degree with specialization in International Public Law from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy.
