Takuma Tanaka

Takuma Tanaka is a Senior Economist with the World Bank's Prospects Group, where he conducts surveillance and analytical work on global macroeconomic developments. He also contributes to the flagship Global Economic Prospects report. Prior to joining the World Bank, he worked for the Government of Japan for 10+ years, focusing on international tax, trade, and financial regulation. He holds master’s degrees from the University of Oxford and University College London.
