Rob Swinkels


Rob Swinkels is a Senior Economist at the World Bank. He has worked with the Bank for more than 12 years supporting policy-focused poverty analysis and statistical development. He previously worked as a Senior Expert for Result Measurements and Statistics with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Netherlands and as a Policy Analysis Adviser for the Ministry of Agriculture in Bhutan. He holds a MSc. in Development Economics from Wageningen University in the Netherlands.
