Paula Eiben-Dzialoszynska

Paula Eiben-Działoszyńska, a Polish national, joined the Regulatory Efficiency team in 2024 as a Consultant for the Dispute Resolution topic. Before the World Bank, she spent over five years at a leading Polish law firm and later gained experience in legal tech in Paris. Paula holds a Master of Law from the University of Warsaw and an LL.M. in Transnational Arbitration and Dispute Settlement from Sciences Po, Paris, where she remains actively engaged with academia. She has also completed postgraduate studies in Negotiation, Mediation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods. Paula speaks Polish and has intermediate working proficiency in French.
