Nestor Coffi is the World Bank Country Manager for Guinea. Before that, Nestor has held the same position in Burundi for three years and in Niger, from October 2010 to June 2015, where he led the implementation of a new strategic partnership framework and helped reconstitute the World Bank portfolio. A French and Ivorian national, Coffi joined the World Bank Group in 2003 as Financial Management Specialist for the Africa region.
Coffi is a French chartered accountant. He also holds a degree from the Institut national polytechnique Houphouët-Boigny of Yamoussoukro in Cote d’Ivoire, with a specialization in public financial management from Paris’s École nationale supérieure des arts et métiers.
