Miguel Navarro

Miguel Navarro-Martin leads the team responsible for helping sovereign and sub-sovereign clients worldwide maximize access to development financing and mitigate risks by designing and implementing financial products and providing advisory services. Specifically, the team helps the World Bank Group's operational teams and clients understand and use the full range of financial and risk management products through capacity building, direct engagement with project teams and government officials, and customized advisory services on topics such as financial and risk management, as well as green and sustainable finance. Mr. Navarro-Martin is a Chartered Financial Accountant, holds a Master’s degree in International Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, and earned a Master’s degree in International Economics and Latin American Studies from The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, DC.
