Lisa Weekers

Lisa Weekers, a Dutch national, rejoined the Regulatory Efficiency unit in 2024 as a Cross-Country Consultant for the Business Entry topic. She previously served as a Consultant for the Subnational Doing Business report series from 2020 to 2021. Beyond the World Bank, Weekers held positions in various Dutch government agencies at both the national and international levels. She holds BA and MA degrees in North American Studies from Radboud University in Nijmegen and completed a Masterclass in Strategy at Nyenrode Business University. She speaks Dutch, German and basic French.
