She coordinates the implementation of World Bank investments in Peru. She has worked in various public and private sector institutions, including the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, and the Ministry for the Promotion of Women, as well as on international development cooperation projects related to local development.
She has also served as a Professor of Public Economics at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and at the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences. She holds a degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and a master’s degree in public policy from Georgetown University in the United States.
