Ema Marelić is a Croatian national who joined the Regulatory Efficiency team in 2023 as a consultant for the Utility Services topic, focusing on the electricity, water, and internet indicators. Before this role, Ms. Marelić spent four years at the World Bank Croatia Country Office, supporting projects on public sector wage-setting, the pension system, public procurement, and sustainable development. She also has extensive experience in business development and operations, particularly in electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. She currently serves as Sales and Business Development Executive at Electrip Global, where she leads strategic partnerships to expand the company’s EV charging network. Ms. Banić holds a master’s degree in analysis and business planning and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Zagreb. She speaks Croatian, French, and Spanish.
