The objective of this assignment is to assess the readiness of ASEAN Member States (AMS) for cross-border digital identity and verifiable credential interoperability. The consulting firm will: 1.Map and analyze national digital identity ecosystems and governance arrangements;2.Review laws; regulations; and policies related to digital identity; e-authentication; data protection; and cross-border data flows;3.Assess technical standards; trust frameworks; and interoperability readiness; and4.Develop evidence-based recommendations and a high-level roadmap to support ASEAN-wide interoperability.The work will be desk-based and include virtual consultations with relevant agencies and stakeholders in each AMS.
