This task is to support the Bank’s oversight functions by conducting monitoring of the Program Entity (PE)’s implementation of:1. ER program activities and the PE’s compliance with the program’s safeguards/environmental and social management frameworks (e.g.; ESMF; EMPF; RPF; etc.; for the ERP) over the entire ERPA reporting period; as well as assessing PE’s overall safeguards management systems and its capacity. 2. ER program’s compliance with Decree 107 and the Benefit Sharing Plan (BSP) preparation including the interpretation and application of Decree 107 across the six provinces in the implementation of the BSP.
