The International Finance Corporation (IFC) seeks to hire a consulting firm to undertake a final evaluation of the second phase of the joint World Bank (WB)–IFC Micro; Small and Medium Enterprise Facility for the Middle East and North Africa Region (“MENA MSME 2.0” or “the facility” or “the program”). These Terms of Reference provide background information; define the scope of work; and outline the administrative arrangements; procurement process; and other aspects of this assignment.

Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
