The Study comprises comprehensive market research on 40 private-sector companies. This research aims to ascertain the financial impact of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) in the workplace. The objectives of the study are to:1.Build local evidence in Kenya; specifically in the private sector; to support the creation of Respectful Workplaces.2.Determine the costs and benefits of addressing workplace violence and harassment as part of IFC's global research series on Respectful Workplaces.3.Make recommendations to address bullying and sexual harassment in connection to work; aiming to assist stakeholders across the private sector ecosystem in implementing more robust and effective initiatives to combat GBVH.4.Develop training modules to train trainers; with the aim of institutionalizing interventions that address GBVH in the workplace.
