The International Finance Corporation (“IFC”); a member of the World Bank; has been approached by the Government of Cundinamarca (“GoC”) through the Instituto de Infraestructura y Concesiones de Cundinamarca (“ICCU”) and the Fondo de Desarrollo de proyectos de Cundinamarca (“FONDECUN”) (jointly the “Client”); to act as transaction lead advisors to improve the level of service on Chía – Girardot Corridor by structuring and implementing one brownfield road project under a Public-Private Partnership (“PPP”) arrangement (the “Project”).Given the above; IFC will draw upon the services of an engineering and E&S consulting firm (the Engineering Consultant or the Consultant or the Contractor) with extensive local and global experience in roads PPPs for the Mondoñedo - Girardot road section.
