The World Bank Group invites qualified companies to express their interest in providing works associated with new solar PV system for its office located at 204, Rue 53.161, Ouaga 2000, Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. 

 

The Contractor shall provide full turnkey engineering for a new, complete, and operational carport mounted solar PV system. The Contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of the engineering, design, procurement, delivery, construction, erection, testing, commissioning, and O&M (during the defect liability period) of the Works in compliance with the scope of work provided.

 

The contract will be awarded following competitive selection based on technical and financial proposals (RFP) to the highest evaluated technically capable provider. 

 

Companies must meet the following requirements to be eligible to participate in the technical evaluation:

- Evidence of minimum average annual gross revenues as set in the RFP for work similar to the Statement of Work.  

- Evidence that the Firm is registered and is authorized to engage in the Construction Business, Civil Works, Construction Services in the country. Firm must attest that it has all required licenses, permits and related paperwork to operate as a General Contractor.

- Evidence that the Firm has been in Construction business at least 5 years and can demonstrate that over this period the Firm has successfully and continuously been engaged as a General Contractor in providing similar service to those required in this RFP 

- Must accept the draft contract proposed by WBG as is. 

- Any other requirements stated in the RFP.
