RESOURCE PERSONSProf. Francis Howard L. HUANG Professor Francis Huang is a core faculty member of the Executive MBA Program and the Masters in Management Program of the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). He teaches a variety of subjects ranging from Electronic Marketing to Developing People Skills. He is the Director of Research for the Masters in Management Program and is a member of various committees in the Institute. Prior to coming to AIM, Professor Huang has worked as a consultant specializing in organizational development/instructional technology/new media solutions for organizations in a wide range of industries. He has had project engagements with a organizations both here and abroad. While pursuing his Masters Degree at Columbia University, Prof. Huang served as a teaching assistant and a research associate in the development of Goal-Based Computer Simulations and distance learning projects. The new media projects he has managed have won various industry awards. He is a member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and the New York Media Association (NYNMA). He was also formerly a Change Management consultant for Andersen Consulting and a high school teacher. His research interests focus on electronic marketing, cognitive science, human-computer interactions, organizational psychology, and educational reform. He is currently very much into systems thinking, simulation technologies and is constantly promoting the use of alternative teaching methods in various parts of the country. Professor Huang holds a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Management from the Ateneo de Manila University and a Masters Degree in Instructional Technology and Media from Columbia University, N.Y.
