Phase-3

Post-Workshop Follow-Up: Free After-Training Coaching Service
(3 months):

Workshop participants will be divided into several "Virtual Peer-Learning Groups (VPLGs)" with 6-8 members each assisted by an Online Coach who will serve as a facilitator/resource person. Each participant is expected to develop, implement, and share the results/experiences of, the strategy & work plan (i.e. ILT Utilization Strategy Plan) for the applications of the interactive learning technologies in improving the quality of their training programs.

The Phase-3 learning and experience sharing activities will be done at the participants' own home-based. Online coaching and distance mentoring, as well as web-based virtual discussion may be carried out during the 3-month period. Reports on participants' experience and lessons learned from their follow up activities in applying ILT to improve their training programs will be posted, shared, and discussed in the Post-Workshop Website which will also be used as a forum for continued professional networking and experience sharing.
