Information Note

Expected Learning Outcomes:

  1. Participants will be able to identify critical aspects and important considerations when developing a training curriculum, designing learning processes & methods, and selecting contents delivery strategies using interactive technologies.

  2. Through hands-on exercises using interactive learning technology tools provided, participants will be able to review, analyze and assess the appropriateness and usefulness of such technologies which may be applied or adapted to improve the quality of their training programs.

  3. Through knowledge sharing and peer learning sessions, participants will be able to identify the main elements in planning and implementing various interactive training programs, and the practical management and resource requirement implications in applying such learning technologies.

  4. Participants will be able to develop a proposed strategy or a plan of action for the possible utilization of interactive learning technologies to improve their Institution's specific training/learning program.

  5. Participants will be able to implement their learning technology applications follow-up activities, and share their results and experiences with other workshop participants through virtual discussions conducted through the free after-training Web-based Online Coaching support services.

  6. Through virtual communication using the Website, participants will be able to engage in a networking collaboration with members of a virtual community of trainers, sharing relevant and practical learning expertise, support and resources.
