International Consultation Workshop
Washington, DC, June 28 to 29, 2004

Helping Clients Measure Performance and Results

We have been encouraged by the success in the Regions to collect data that will help strengthen indicators in transport. The purpose of this workshop is to take stock of the work done thus far, share best practices, and build upon this momentum to carry us forward into next year’s program, products, tools and materials. The Workshop Objectives By the end of the workshop, participants will have:
  • Gained an appreciation of the different Regional approaches to collecting data, their outcomes, and lessons learned;
  • Gained new perspectives from people and organizations outside the transport group
  • Agreed on a few follow-up programs, products, tools and materials to continue momentum and guide us through next year.
