Contact List of Resource Persons in the Development and Implementation of PBC Programs

This Contact List was created to help interested readers liaise with some of the experts and resource persons in the field of performance-based road maintenance contracting. The List is non-exclusive, since it is based only on experts identified during the preparation of the World Bank’s Transport Note TN-27, “Performance-based Contracting for Improvement and Preservation of Road Assets”.

The list contains names and contact information of road agency officials, consultants, contractors, and World Bank staff. For each individual, brief summaries of experience and responsibilities are included in addition to contact information. All effort was made to compile the most current contact information available in the winter of 2006, when this Resource Guide was developed and released.
