This folder contains the training materials prepared by Carl Bro Pavement Consultants, Denmark. The materials were used in June 2005, during the training courses on performance-based contracting for Thailand and China, supported by the World Bank and financed by PPIAF. The course was structured in four parts and contains a mix of lecture modules, case studies and workshops:

  1. A comprehensive introduction (0.5 day)
  2. Six modules going into details on topics that are briefly covered in the introduction
  3. Five case studies on performance-based contracting in five different countries
  4. Two workshops (seven sessions)
