The CGIAR at 31: An Independent Meta-Evaluation of the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research

Thematic and Country Working Papers

The following thematic and country working papers were prepared by independent scholars as part of IEG 's meta-evaluation of the CGIAR. While the focus of the meta-evaluation was on the Bank and the strategic role it has played in ensuring the CGIAR’s development effectiveness, the thematic and country working papers focused on the different components of CGIAR activities that determine impact, including country perspectives. In addition to informing a broader understanding of the policy and technical context of CGIAR implementation, the working papers provided a tool for assessing the performance and impact of the whole CGIAR partnership.
