The World Bank has established special local pricing agreements with distributors in many non-OECD countries at levels of at least 50 percent off the U.S. list prices. Shipment of Publications
Orders filled from the World Bank in the United States will normally be shipped by surface mail. Shipping and handling for each order, including orders for free publications, is US$8.00.

Customers outside the United States, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for surface delivery. For faster delivery by air mail, please add US$13.00 for one item, plus US$6.00 for each additional item. Federal Express or UPS accounts may have express shipments charged to those accounts or to a credit card. For method and cost of shipment by local distributors, contact the appropriate distributor.

Ordering World Bank Operational Documents and Other Reports
Operational reports other than complimentary documents are available, at a charge of US$22.00 equivalent for each single-volume report, from the InfoShop. For reports with multiple volumes, each additional volume is priced at US$11.00. Customers outside the United States should contact their local World Bank publications distributor for information on prices in local currency and payment terms.

All orders must be pre-paid. The InfoShop accepts American Express, Mastercard, and VISA. To place an order, please send your request to the InfoShop in Washington, DC, or fax your order with your credit card
information. When using a credit card, please include: type of card (e.g., VISA, AMEX, etc.), name as it appears on the card, card number, and expiration date. Checks or Money Orders should be made payable to "World Bank InfoShop"; checks in U.S. dollars must be drawn on U.S. banks only.
