 Reason for Selection |
| The Yemen CASCR excels in deriving lessons for the next CAS. The lessons are concrete and implementable and found throughout the report (as well as summarized in a separate section) which results in them being very clearly linked to past experience. The CASCR also does an admirable job of developing benchmarks by which to judge progress, on the basis of a CAS that was not results-based. The ratings in the CASCR are well-substantiated. The CASCR makes good use of relevant evaluation findings from elsewhere. |
