The Independent Evaluation Group (IEG) of the World Bank Group, hosts an annual Evaluation Week. Evaluation Week, now in its fifth year, is to increase awareness of IEG’s work and products, also share knowledge on how Evaluation can be useful in Operations, among a variety of audiences. The week is the biggest annual opportunity to network and discuss evaluation with counterparts in different fields.

The week includes learning events on monitoring and evaluation, global and regional partnerships, real-time evaluation, aid effectiveness and more.

This event has passed. Videos of the event will be posted soon.

The Award highlights exemplary design and implementation in World Bank projects and country programs, and excellence in self-evaluation in World Bank, IFC and MIGA operations. The purpose is to create incentives among staff for greater development effectiveness.
