Operational Documents
The World Bank endorses the
fundamental importance of transparency and accountability to the
development process. Broad dissemination of information is essential for
the effective implementation and sustainability of the Bank's lending
and non-lending services.
Revisions to the Bank's disclosure
of information policy have allowed the Bank to expand the types of
operational documents available to the public. The types of operational
documents available to the public include lending documents, strategy
documents, accountablility documents, and documents in the Bank
Archives.
