How To Attend The
2000 Annual Meetings Program Of Seminars

Pre-registration
for the 2000 Program of Seminars is no longer available. On-site
registration only.
|
|
|
Each
registrant must be cleared first as a participant in the Annual Meetings. Each registrant
will be reviewed through the clearance process. Once clearance has been
obtained, the registration form to the Program of Seminars will be processed. You are
encouraged to submit registrations as soon as possible to facilitate this process. All
registered participants of the Program of Seminars may attend the Annual Meetings of the
Board of Governors, but will not be permitted to attend the opening ceremonies or other
restricted sessions.

A
participation fee of US$1500 for the Full Program or US$800 for
One day is due at the time of application. Applicants cleared as NGOs will then be granted
a reduced Program of Seminars rate of $800 for the Full Program and will
be refunded the difference after the Annual Meetings have adjourned.

By registering
for the 2000 Program of Seminars, you agree that your name, title, company, and contact
information can be used for a list of participants and marketing of the Program of
Seminars, unless you indicate otherwise in writing.
|
|
|
Last
date for pre-registration is August 25, 2000. Forms submitted after this date
will require on-site registration that will result in significant delays in obtaining
clearances.
|
|
|
Members of
official delegations, Observers, and duly accredited members of the Press registered to
attend the Annual meetings are not required to complete the registration form.
|
|
|
Attendance at
the Program of Seminars is limited. Seating in all sessions is available on a first-come,
first-seated basis.
|

|
Cancellation Policy |
|
|
All
cancellations or requests for substitutions must be made in writing (a faxed letter is
acceptable).
|
|
|
Fifty percent
(50%) of fees will be refunded for cancellations received prior to July 31, 2000. Thirty
percent (30%) of fees will be refunded for cancellations received from August 1 through
the September 8, 2000. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after
September 8, 2000.

|
|
Substitutions
among registered Annual Meetings participants will be accepted, or payments may be
credited towards attendance at next year's Program.
